My name is Vielka Morales, and I graduated in industrial engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra with a Master's degree in Corporate Communication Management-- a double degree from the PUCMM and the EAE Business School. With over 15 years of experience in the educational sector, I specialize as a consultant in institutional advancement, focusing on fundraising, alumni relations, and communications.

I have extensive experience creating engaging marketing and promotional campaigns, recruiting donors, and executing large-scale Public Relations initiatives. My exceptional strategic thinking, writing, communication, and negotiation ability make me a collaborative leader who constantly motivates and drives teams toward improvement.

Thanks to my knowledge of creating fundraising initiatives, I have successfully established connections between the interests of companies and individual donors with the mission and objectives of educational institutions, resulting in extraordinary outcomes. For instance, I led the closure of the largest donation in the space naming program, which resulted in an increase of 80% compared to previous years' collections.
